emoticon this is a great site for all you weight loss journey needs. I live in Australia so I input a lot of the food into the tracker myself. But I love ready the stories and articles and making a blog, so that like minded people can give me the support and encouragement that I don't get from friends and family.

Good to have you on this team. Lot's of helpful people here.

I am, also, in snow country. Pennsylvania.

I find using the food tracker is a good tool. It lets you know when to stop eating for the day. (easier said than done, for me, anyway.)

I need to get healthier, so I searched online and found this site. Been reading on it for quite a while. Sounds inviting.
I'm retired and live in SNOW country Maine. Been overweight most all of my life but figure it's never too late to make
