Welcome. Don't feel bad. We were all lost at first. Just take a deep breath and allow yourself some time to get to know the site. Start by checking out the trackers on the My Trackers tab at the top of most pages. Hover on the Help button at the upper right hand corner of the page and there are links to a welcome guide you can read as many times as you need. Click on the word Help instead of hovering over it and you will be taken to a search page where you can ask specific questions. It's a good idea to open the Help page in a new window so you can follow along on the site as you read the help article. And we are all glad to help. Just ask away.
