There are a lot of tools here from message boards, to exercise videos, to recipes, to nutrition and exercise trackers, mapping distances on a map, etc. The tools are here and they can help tremendously if you put them to use. Take it slow, but begin today.

Hi, it is 5.25pm now. A good time to start sweating but I am in front of my PC to say hallo you at Sparkpeople.

Everybody want a good health. So am I. But it is not easy to get up and start sweating alone. I found Sparkpeople just by chance on the internet. Look nice. Maybe can help me a bit. I've been reading many of the articles / stories. Interesting, and I hope I can sample some of them.

So, here I am. Wish me luck!
