I am 51 and just came off of a very stressful year so I need to get back on track. I have a new husband, new job and new address so I am making quite a few adjustments. I always appreciate advice and encouragement. I struggle a little with keeping motivated but hoping this site will keep me focused! (I have gained 15 pounds that I desperately want to shed by my April birthday!) I appreciate all the resources on this website so I think I can do this!
