I like the nutrition tracker too. It really helped me to make small changes that really has made a difference. I also walk so under fitness, you can actually map out the route. It will calculate how far and how many calories you burned.

Hi everyone thanks for the great welcome. I was not sure what to expect. I am a 50 yr old female and just diagnosed with some heart problems. I joined spark to try to make some lasting changes to my health. I am open to any help I can get. It tends to be very overwhelming when you start looking at diets and exercise programs. Look forward to hearing from everyone with their tips and help. Thanks
