Thank you all for your wonderful support and great tips. Even though I am a "Baby Spark" at 3 weeks old, I feel very encouraged. I am seeing results I have not seen for many years. I used to diet and work out years ago, but my motivation was trying to please a now ex-husband. Now, I am doung it for the right reason &right persons, me and my true soul mate.I must admit, it took a serious wake up call to get me here, but now that I am, I am here to stay. Kudos & Blessings to you all. Being a "Loser" has many benefits, & I am glad I am on the"Losing Team!"

well you've come to the right place. you've joined a great team who are here to help you in your health journey.

everyones chemistry is different. people who can eat anything and not gain weight have no concept of what we go through. so try this,


first throw out all the junk food in your house.

then Use the food tracker. input everything that goes into your mouth. stay within your calorie range. watch portion size, keep healthy snacks on hand. apple, celery, etc. exercise. you must burn more calories than you eat.

exercising is key. I hope this helps

Hi, Everyone!
I feel very happy to be a part of the Sparks family. The past few days have been a revelation to me. After my Dr. informed me that Diabetes was trying to creep its way into my Life, I took immediate action. This website was an answer to Prayer!I wish I had known about this wonderful plan much sooner! Thank you for your support.Please be patient with me on the goals though;I 'm going slow because I know me&I have to be realistic. My busy work schedule has been a villain when it comes to eating right and exercising,but no more! I feel motivated to do whatever it takes to be a fit 40-almost-50 sometihng. I applaude everyone who is in this plan. I am very excited about sharing it with family &friends.
