Hi All,
I think it's time for me to say hello instead of just lurking around in the background. My name is Nadja and I'm a total newbie to belly dance. I learn from DVDs at the moment and take it very slowly. I realised all the muscles I need for belly dancing are pretty much under used right now (I have a desk job and a long commute) and want to give my body the chance to get used to the moves first. How much could I use belly dancing (in a modified way of course) as prenatal exercise (I'm currently ttc)? I'm aware of a couple of DVDs (Amira, Sera Solstice) but maybe there is something else out there that I haven't come across.
Anyway, looking forward to getting to know you all.
