Hello to those who are or have gone back to school! YOU CAN DO IT! I went back to college in 1998 after just taking some part-time classes while I had babies (from 1989-1995). I got divored that year too and was a single mom with 4 little kids. I finished my degree in 2002 and am now working on my master's degree in education. I just got my first, real, full-time, professional job as a teacher. It may seem like a long road, but set your goals and stay on track and you'll get to where you want to be!!

Whew lots going on in your life! These al sound like good changes for you... Maybe you could put "being healthy" before "looking good" -- focus on all the great healthy things you *can* and *should* eat and don't make this a deprivation exercise!
You have a lot on your *life* plate - keep some time just for yourself to nourish your soul.

Newbie here. This is my 1st day at SP emoticon .

A little about me, a lot has changed in my life: going from stay-at-home-mom emoticon to divorce emoticon to school emoticon to my full-time 3rd shift job emoticon . I was at my goal emoticon last year but it was when I started school that I quit exercising and started my gain emoticon . I am now up 29 emoticon lbs.

That's me in a nut shell and now I want out! emoticon I started to diet again on Wednesday Aug 1. Still no time to exercise emoticon but my target is to be close to goal by my b-day Oct 3 emoticon .

I'm single and stressed to the max but want to look good and be healthy emoticon .

"I have chronic food intolerance" emoticon this is an awesome comeback because it could mean real health issues or ya break out in FAT! lol

I'm mostly a lurker on my groups but will pop in once in a while emoticon .
