Welcome to the team. You've definitely come to the right place for great support! I joined the team to help finally maintain my losses permanently after years of yo-yo dieting and I'm happy to say that it's working. I'm putting so much more thought and analysis into what it means to be a successful maintainer and the resources and support I've found here have been invaluable. Good luck losing the last part of your weight and please visit the team often. If you ever have any questions, please feel free to ask me or one of the other leaders.

My name's Tina. I lost more than 90 pounds between March 2010 and March 2012 and have been keeping if off ever since. Had a baby at the end of April 2016 and am working to get back to my pre baby form, or at least as close to it as I realistically can!

Maintenance is as much work as losing, but it has the advantage of allowing us to do it in cuter clothes - BESSHAILE

I lost close to 40 pounds in the last two years. Along the way I was at the 30 pound loss for about a year without losing more. I am starting to lose again when I made a page here to track what I eat to help me lose my last now 25 pounds.

I find the information here so helpful that I wanted to join so I can click on the team and read the wonderful advice people post here. Once I reach goal, keeping it off and maintaining scares me as this is not the first time I have lost weight and after a few years I may see some of the weight on again. NOT THIS TIME! I am happy that I kept off 40 pounds and now losing the last 25.

There is a wealth of information here and such a valuable team.
