I figure if you know you need to keep on track, you'll eventually get there.

Don't try to do it all at once, stopping smoking is a hard enough thing on it's own. Give yourself time to get it out of the way so to speak, then go on to your next goal.

Don't get bent out of shape if you drop off the wagon, it happens with all things in life, as long as you jump back on that's the main thing. It doesn't matter how many times you try, nobody it keeping count, just take your time and celebrate each little milestone as it occurs.

You absolutely must have had a ton of stuff going on planning for a wedding. There is nothing easy about that. Now that things have calmed down at least from that situation, you can start paying more attention to yourself. I find the nutrition part the hardest so if you are eating cleaner and better then you are headed in the right direction. I'd say that you should sit down and figure out where in your schedule you can work in the exercise. Perhaps you can plan 3 nights a week for you and hubby to take the dog out for a walk. Or find a class that interests you. Make sure you put these activities on your calender. All of the trainers that I hear from say schedule your workout and make it non-negotiable. If that means getting up before the sun, then that's going to have to work. You just have to plan for it. My poor bf gets the backseat to most of my workout classes. He puts up with alot because he knows it makes me happy working out. It's just that they are part of my schedule (and it really helps that I've paid alot to keep me motivated and never want to miss a class).

You've got this. It just takes planning. It would be the most fun if the family can do things together!

I have been a member for several months but I just can't seem to stay on track. I really like the site and everything, it's just that there are so many things happening in my life, I just can't seem to find the time to do what I should be doing, like exercising, logging what I eat .

I got married on the Saturday before Memorial Day and I am really in love with guy. I have quit smoking as of March 23rd of this year and I have been eating more healthy. I just need to do more exercising.
