If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. Great goals!
My husband of 47 years decided when he retired we would travel more and we have but have sometimes with grandchildren.

I am not new to Sparks People, just one of those in and out people who seem to fade out once the New Year's Resolutions disappears from my foggy brain. My purpose of being here this year is to commit myself to sticking with my goals this year.

!. Clean out the food closet and replace bad food for healthy food.

2. Eat the healthy food

3. Eliminate the word diet from my vocabulary

4. Exercise even if my knee hurts.Funny I find the less I weigh the less it hurts! Must be the
brain fog.from unhealthy food that prevents me from putting one foot in front of the other!

5. Vacation more! Oh, that's right we all live in "vacationland!"

6. Think Positive!
