Thank you for your suggestions. There is no advice for people who need to gain weight. I do eat the items you mentioned. Maybe it is the amount eaten and lack of activity that is the key. The usual size meal one gets in a restaurant is way too much for the normal person today (we are no longer farmers and lumberjacks, etc.). Such a meal lasts me for 3 dinners. I eat until no longer hungry, not until full. Given all of this, I guess there is no hope for gaining weight. However, I am "filling out" with muscle due to ballet, jazz, Pilates, Yoga, dance conditioning, etc. and having great fun with it all.
