Hey Julie, thanks for the intro! There are so many great resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that's the key element in weight loss for most people. By tracking everything since May 2011 and using the other features here to keep myself focused, I lost quite a bit of weight and have maintained that loss for over a year now.

We also have three team challenges going on right now, so feel free to jump into any that suit you. And, let us know if you have any questions or need any encouragement!
