Welcome Sarah, thanks for the intro! There are so many great resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that's the key element in weight loss for most people. Even using it for just a few weeks can help guide changes to your eating habits. By tracking everything since May 2011 and using the other features here to keep myself focused, I lost quite a bit of weight and have maintained that loss for over a year now. We also have several team challenges going on, feel free to jump into any that suit you. And, let us know if you have any questions or need any encouragement!

Hi, my name is Sarah and I'm currently going to nursing school in the St. Paul area. I'd like to lose about 8 pounds before I graduate in May, but mostly I just want to be healthier overall.
