I am new to the group as well! I originally signed up in 2006 but didn't do anything with the pages. Here I am working on trying to eat healthy and incorporate exercise into my life to lose weight and be healthy for me. Welcome and thanks for the intro! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that's the key element in weight loss for most people. It takes a little bit of time, but the results are worth it! I lost 90 lbs and there's no doubt that the food tracker was essential for me. If you are putting on miles with your exercise, I encourage you to join our October Mileage Challenge (found under the Challenges section of this forum). Be sure to ask for help, support and encouragement when you need it!
