Welcome! I'm glad you found this site, there are so many great resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that's the key element in weight loss for most people. It takes a little bit of time, but it's sooooo worth it! Then, once you're comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, start exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. Let us know whenever you have questions or need encouragement!

emoticon I was listening to the radio and heard the speaker talk about what do you need to eliminate to have a better life. I've been having difficulty with having control over my eating and drinking of sugary drinks and decided search the internet and found out about this program. I am hopeful that I will be success and be able to maintain the weight loss after achieving my new goal of 2 pounds of weight per week.
