Congrats on your progress so far! There are so many great resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. Then, once you're comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, start exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. By tracking everything since May 2011 and using the other features here to keep myself focused, I lost 90 pounds and have maintained that loss for almost a year now. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it! Be sure to ask for help, support and encouragement when you need it!

Welcome! Congrats on your weight loss!
It can be confusing and somewhat overwhelming because there is SO MUCH to offer here. Take your time and ask lots of questions. Stick with the Trackers to begin with and branch out from there.

I there! I'm really glad to see some local support. I'm still getting used to the community function of the website. It's all a little confusing for a new person. I recently came from Weight Watchers and was finding it hard to stay motivated. I've lost 30lbs since October but I haven't lost much since the beginning of the year. I'm hoping that the change of pace and new sets of tools can help me overcome this slump.
