Welcome and thanks for the intro! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that's the key element in weight loss for most people. I know it takes some time, but the results are worth it: I lost 90 lbs and there's no doubt that the food tracker was essential for me. And, like Max mentioned, be sure to set some small, achievable goals for yourself.

Be sure to ask for help, support and encouragement when you need it!
