Thanks for the intro! There are so many great resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that's the key element in weight loss for most people. I know it takes some time, but the results are soooo worth it! I lost 90 lbs and there's no doubt that the food tracker was essential for me. Once you are comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, you can start exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. Be sure to ask for help, support and encouragement when you need it!

HI everyone, I'm 25 and from Minneapolis. I am recovering from having ACL reconstruction surgery last Friday and I am more motivated the ever before to lose weight. I think a large part of that is because I don't ever want to take my health for granted again. I want to use this injury to come back healthy and strong. So, yea...I am going to see what rehabing my knee and losing weight at the same time is going to look like. I'm very excited to have found this website.
