There are a ton of resources here! From your SparkPage, it looks like you have a good plan in place. Be sure to stick with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. I know it takes some time, but the results are soooo worth it! I lost 90 lbs and there's no doubt that the food tracker was the most helpful tool for me. Once you are comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, you can start adding in and exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. Be sure to ask for help, support and encouragement when you need it!
