Welcome Angela! I think the links Max provided should be a great starting point for you. There are a ton of resources here! I always recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. I've tracked everything since May 2011 and am 89 pounds lighter to show for it. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it!

Hello, I'm Angela and I currently live in Brooklyn Center. I joined this group because I need motivation to stay on top of my goals. I does not work for me to do it alone. I also am in school and have to do this for a project. I have to create a weight loss program and track my progress and create an exercise program to tone up and built some muscle. I have never done anything like this so I really need input on how to get started. emoticon
