There are a ton of resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. Then, once you are comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, you can start adding in and exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. I've tracked everything for over a year and am almost 90 pounds lighter to show for it. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it!

Hey everyone,
25 year old chicka from Minneapolis with a long way to go in my journey! Right now I'm roughly 140 pounds away from my "goal" weight (which might end up being a little lower than I'll make). I'm in it to get healthy and turn my body into something that can work for me! Right now I'm working on making it to the gym 5 times a week and watching calorie intake, I'm toying with the idea of going vegetarian or transitioning to a paleo type diet as I know carbs and sugar are what's killing me. Anyways just wanted to say hello and that I admire everyone working to change themselves so much!
