Thanks for taking the time to introduce yourself! I'm glad to see that you are working on tracking your food with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. Just popping in to say hi...I've been a member of SP since 2006...I'm really enjoying all the new features. Right now I'm working on tracking my food daily (and being honest about it!) and drinking more water - trying to slowly work myself back into the swing of things. emoticon
