Thanks for reintroducing yourself to the group! It looks like you've been around here for a while, so you probably already know that there are a ton of resources here! Now that my toddler is toddling laps around the house, I thought I'd get back in shape to keep up with him once he's running. That means establishing all those healthy life habits I want him to learn from me.

Dance like nobody is watching... except Jesus... and his mother... You know what, just dance like you're with your best friends.
