Welcome AuntieHei! I too struggle with eating at night, so let's help each other by reminding one another of the goal of losing those extra pounds when you feel like snacking on the wrong foods. It should be a bit less humid today in Minnesota, so get going on a lovely walk today. I will go soon with my 2 standard poodles. WELCOME again!!!! Nancy emoticon

Hello there. I have been working on improving my health for a couple of years now and have lost a modest amount of weight. Working on this on my own, it has been hard to stay focused on my goals. I think I can be more successful if I have a more definitive plan and concrete goals, not to mention the support of an online community. I've had difficulties with sticking to an exercise plan, a habit of high-calorie snacking in the evenings, and working long hours in a very demanding job. My strengths are that I enjoy exercise (once I get going!), I like fruits and veggies, and I generally have a pretty positive attitude.
