Welcome to the team!! If you ever want to take a walk around Farmington just send me a SparkMail. It is hard finding that balance between what is good for mom and what is good for the family. The nutrition and exercise trackers helped me out a lot when I first started. It is important to schedule your workouts and stick to them. You can do this!!

There are a ton of resources here! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people (whether you have 5 pounds to lose or 50!). Then, once you are comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, you can slowly start adding in and exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. It works well for me. I've tracked everything since last May and am 85 pounds lighter to show for it. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it!

Good Morning,
I joined this morning because I have not had much success on my own. I was once very active and fit...I will be that again. My children are very active and I miss not playing around with them. I have spent so much time running them to soccer, track, basketball, football and wrestling that I stopped making time for myself. I need to be held accountable.
