As others have mentioned below, I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. There are a ton of resources here, so once you are comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, you can slowly start adding in and exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. It works well for me. I've tracked everything since May 9th and am over 80 pounds lighter to show for it. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it!

I just turned 40 in January and can relate to the yo-yo lifestyle. When I use the nutrition tracker I do so well. I hope you find the tool as useful as I do.

This is a good place to start. Welcome.
The thing that I've found most helpful, and it's been repeated again and again, USE the nutrition charts! Read as much as you can online here. We're a huge team, perhaps find a work-out and/or accountability buddy!

Hi. I turned 40 last year and was on a mission to be as fit as ever. I have since jumped off the wagon and am back to my yo-yoing ways. I know how to lose, I am just finding it hard to get going again. I'm hoping to find a way to be accountable on a daily basis. Any suggestions??? Thanks!
