There are soooo many resources here! I still find something new here almost every day. I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. Then, once you are comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, you can slowly start adding in and exploring more areas of this site. I've tracked everything since May 9th and am over 70 pounds lighter to show for it. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it!

Hey there, I'm Amy. I'm 26 years old and I live in Coon Rapids with my boyfriend and my 2 year old daughter. I just signed up today and I'm so excited to try and get this weight loss going. I did it before I had my daughter...I lost 60 pounds. But during my pregnancy I gained it all back, plus some. I'm needing some accountability and motivation and hoping that I can get that on here.
