Welcome back KYTYNGURL2 and LIVINGLIFEINMN! If you haven't already, I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. I've tracked everything since May 9th and am over 70 pounds lighter to show for it. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it!

I know I love Sparkpeople and I know it works wonderfully for losing weight... I just keep falling off the wagon! :( Well, no more! I've got my ducks in a row and fully intend to make this the year I meet and exceed my goals! \o/
