Welcome back! I recommend starting with the nutrition/food tracker because that is the key element in weight loss for most people. Then, once you are comfortable with tracking your food on a daily basis, you can start adding in exercise and exploring more areas of this site. I still find something new here almost every day. I've tracked everything since May 9th and am 72 pounds lighter to show for it. It takes a little bit of time, but it is sooooo worth it!

Good Morning Everyone! I am Wanda and I used to belong to Spark People but fell to the wayside so I am back to try again. I hope to learn some good tips from others in my quest to eat healthy and lose some weight along the way.
