Welcome to the team. Way to go taking that big leap and posting an intro message. Keep in touch. It helps. Everyone is very nice here. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. HI everyone
I am one of those 30 something moms of two kids that has finally kicked herself in the pants and committed to herself to lose some weight and become more physically fit! So far so good.
I am loving the trackers and recipes on this site. I have heard support from weight loss buddies help, so here I am. Thanks in advance.
