Hi! I think you are going in the right direction, you will find support,and encouragement here. Make small changes first, 15 mins exercise, 4 glasses of water, and add fruit and vegetables with your meal. Hope this helps.

A great philosopher once said you don't have to be great to get started but you do have to start to become great. Hello every one. My name is Tamika I'm 29 I have 4 children and I have been having a hard time with losing weight. For 1 I don't really know how, and 2 I cant stay motivated and or focused for the life of me. I'm hoping this team can help me stay on track. I would love and appreciate and comments or suggestions any one may have. emoticon
