Eating several pieces of fruit and at least 2 veggies. Wasn't really prepared for last week but getting ready for this week.

great book choices

How much fruits and veggie do you eat in a day. On this way of eating can be hard to eat if you have been eating foods with lots of salt, sugar and fat. But as you eat more fruits and veggies less processed foods your taste buds will change too.


There lot of great ideas on these team so keep posting and ask questions.

I am just starting this way of eating. Bought The End of Diabetes book and waiting for the ANDI scoring Guide book to arrive in the mail. Trying to make menu pages myself with choices I like. I joined the web site but the recipes looked pretty awful so canceled my membership. Hoping to create good dishes on my own or see what others are eating.
