there are alot of info on here, and just post any questions you have and we will answer.

The big thing here is to eat more fruit and veggies and less junk.

Don't flip if your not perfect just get better at eating more fruits and veggies.

I had an old membership to Sparkpeople. I started ETL transition in Sept, 2016 and recently found this group. I decided not to join Joel Furhman's membership and was looking for "free" support and ideas, thus I ended here.
My goals are health related which drive the weight issues. Trying to get off what seems like ages of using medications for high cholesterol, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.
I will be exploring what ETL support can be found here.
