Welcome Terisia!

My husband doesn't follow this plan with me and I'll admit that there are times when what I cook for him is tempting.

I do a lot of plan ahead cooking for him, soups, stews, pasta sauce with meat and roasts and meats that will work for more than one meal. That way, my cooking time at supper is mostly spent on my meal while most of his is reheating.

Once you figure out how to do your prep each week I think you'll love this plan. I don't usually miss the meat but I do find that lots of roasted and grilled mushrooms help with that mouth feel that we miss.

Don't sweat to small stuff and don't worry if your not perfect...just try your best. Post any questions you have in the question forum

This is a lifestyle change and its all about eating fruits and veggies.

Hi everyone - I just started reading Eat to Live today, and thought it would be great to join a support team...so here I am!

I have a couple of friends who have been eating to live for some years now, but my addiction to food is so powerful I just ignored the possibility that this might be for me. I'm quite nervous about the change in lifestyle this will mean for me, and for my husband - he won't be joining me, at least not yet.

Due to work, my time here may be limited, but I'm looking forward to getting to know you and to learning from you! :-)
