Hi Everyone!

I am not new to Spark but am getting back into it. I have had an amazing year of discovery with the Eat to Live program. I have released 95 pounds this year and have some more to go, but it's wonderful program and I love it!

I am looking to find some new recipes as I get bored easily eating the same things so hope to get some help from you guys!!

I am worth it. I just sometimes have to remind myself of that!



To release 3-5 pounds per week.

To become a leaner more healthier person.
