Your doing awesome...keep it up...It takes time to get used to eating healthy so give it time and the weight will come soon but you just have to give it time.

Just remember it took time to gain the weight so it will take time to lose the weight

HI all, I am new to the team EAT TO LIVE. I am finding it hard this first several weeks, harder the second week due to getting my "time of the month". I started out at 176 pds, down to 172.4 first week now back to 173.6. I started the friday before Labor day. I haven't weighed my veggies so I have no idea if I am getting in what I should. I guess that I should see because that could be why I am not too successful. I have read a few comments out there and some of you seem to lose a lot quickly on this plan so I wonder if I am missing something. I will trudge on but I am open to all advice from all of you that have been successful on the plan. In general, I feel better which is a good thing. Good luck to all in getting to your goals!
