Starting tomorrow I'm recommitting to ETL and started over the weekend by preparing two recipes from the ETL cookbook.
I just did a blood panel over the weekend so have current numbers for reference and starting point.

I've lent out my copies of two of the books, have the End of Diabetes still for reference. Asked for my copies back so hopefully they'll return soon.
I make the Vegetable Tangine and the Thai Vegetable Curry. While taking the curry dish to my mom's house for dinner, which is next door and where we eat dinner together, I met one of the neighbors that has the End of Dieting book.
She tasted the curry while we chatted on the sidewalk and loved it.

Having the food prepared in the fridge or freezer and the prep for side dishes really helps. Looking forward to the coming changes in how I feel with ETL.
