Confessions of the "Fat" Girl...

Well, my official start day is May 1st, 2012. I really don't want to fall off the wagon like I did last year. I was doing so good- I had lost, I think around 40lbs with SP- then a lot of things started changing in my life. Completely remodeled the house which took away my gym and Wii so no exercise. I started a new job which led to eating out everyday. But, I'm tired of feeling sluggish and I'm tired of all the medical problems so its time to do something! The highest weight ever was 385lbs and that was back in 2009. I completely cut out soda and fast food (no exercise because it was too hard for me then) and just watched what I ate and managed to get down to 340lbs by late 2010. Last year on SP, I got down to 292lbs, but fell off the wagon and found myself back at 330lbs on May 1st. Right now, my goal weight is 150lbs. That will put me in the "normal" range for the BMI scale, but I am also what the doctor considers "large framed" so we will see how I look when I get there :-)

Most of my goals from last year haven't changed. I still want to be able to go to Carowinds haha. I want to be able to walk on the beach or in a water park in a BIKINI! I know it's not going to happen this summer- but what about Summer 2013? I want that to be my year to shine! I may not be as little as I want to be by then- but I know there will be a drastic change and I will look a lot better! I don't want to look good- I want to look hott =)

I am a huge Disney Fan... Old School Disney that is. Some of the crap they got out these days.... is well, crap. I like my Cinderella, Snow White, Belle (Beauty & The Beast), etc. I even want a Disney Princess Wedding at Disney World... wonder how hard it would be to talk him into that...?

I also have a very serious medical condition called "OTD" also known as "Obsessive Twilight Disorder". I am a hardcore Twilight fan! (Team Jacob) Once I have reached my goal weight, as a reward to myself, I am taking a road trip to Forks, Washington! Who wants to join me?!?!

BMI Scale:

Underweight: Below 18.5
Normal/Average: 18.5-24.9
Overweight: 25.0-29.9
Obese: 30.0-39.9
Extremely Obese: 40.0

My Weight and BMI (Goals)

Starting Weight (05-01-2012):
330lbs- BMI was 53.3 which is extremely obese.

1) Reach 247lbs - BMI will be 39.9 -- no longer extremely or morbidly obese
2) Reach 185lbs- BMI will be 29.9-- no longer obese
3) Reach 154lbs- BMI will be 24.9-- no longer over weight

At this point, I will be considered in the normal category.

My goal weight is 150- BMI will be 24.2

So I will just keep going until I'm happy. It says the minimum weight for my height is 114 but I NEVER see that happening lol. My bone structure ain't made like that ha.

Personal Information:
I'm 23 years old from North Carolina. I'm a huge animal lover- as I have 9 dogs. (6 westies, 1 golden retriever, 1 siberian husky & 1 jack russell) I work as an iTunes Store Support Email Adviser. Once I have reached my goal weight, I plan on becoming a certified Zumba instructor and nutrition consult.
