Hi,

Sorry to hear about the BD. I don't know anything about that, but just wanted to offer encouragement. Have you found any forums related to gall bladder issues?

Since the gallbladder has to do with digesting fats, do you have to be mindful of your fat intake with GB dysfunction?

What if you set specific times and items/calories to eat, and eat on a schedule? That way, you don't depend on hunger to cue you to eat.

Hope you find some answers.

Hello,
It's hard enough to gain weight right. Now lets throw some health issues into the mix.
Iíve been diagnosed with Biliary Dyskinesia. My gallbladder doesnít function properly only at a 14% ejection rate.
I donít have a lot of interest in food. And have a constant feeling of being full. I get nauseous thatís how I know Iím hungry.
My options are getting it removed or dealing with it. But Iím afraid if I have the surgery. Iíll lose all interest in food. And the nauseous feeling will get worse or not correct itself.
Anyone have any advice for me? Or anyone is willing to share their experience?
