Good luck with your weight gain goal.

A friend at work and I started the C25K running program a few weeks ago. Then I was working away from the office for a while, then we had more snow, wind, and cold, then she hurt her back, so we haven't gotten together to run again. We're planning to resume where we left off soon!

I'm just trying to reach my goal weight of 125 lbs and now that I actually have time to put into it, then I think I will actually reach it.

I'm 111 lbs now and just want to put on 10 to 15 lbs, and I'm 5'4" tall. I've done research that I need to add 3500 calories to my diet on top of the recommended calories per day.

I just started running too. I love cardio exercises, and ran 2.5 miles the other day and maybe 2 today... just working on gaining weight.

Any tips would surely help
