Yes, I've talked to my Doctor several times and she thinks I'm being too concerned about it. I've been reading alot about Osteoporisis and have been diagnosed with Osteopenia which I think is a precurser. I think my concern should be to gain muscle strength which will a muscle weight not just getting fat.

Welcome to sparks!! I really enjoy using the website to track my calories to make sure i am getting enough. The other goals tracker is good too. I don't think it is strange at all that you are having trouble with weight gain, by the way! Have you consulted your dr.?

I know that this may seem weird coming from a 52 year old man but I'm afraid to get on a scale anymore. I used to be at 165lbs now I'm at 135lbs at my last visit to the scale. I eat well and I'm very active, just can't get my body to gain weight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
