Hi Tessseay!

The tracking gets easier every day......add items to your favorites and make groups of items that you eat often - like my morning coffee is grouped with decaf, milk, and truvia - so I only have to click on one item to get all three tracked.

I, too, love to cook and bake. I just don't eat any of it......my family still enjoys my treats, and so do my friends and neighbors, but I had to give up ALL carbs that don't come from dairy, fruits and veggies in order to drop the weight. My favorite dessert right now is Yoplait Greek 100 yogurts in all flavors!

I welcome you to the team and pray I can be an encouragement to you on this journey!
God Bless You
~ Carol

I agree losing weight and being consistent with our goals is very hard to do. despite that, we can do this by putting our best foot forward and moving on if we fall we pick ourselves up.

Hello, I just joined the site yesterday and started tracking today. Most of what I eat does not appear to be on the existing list, but it looks like I can search members entries or create my own. To be honest I truly dislike tracking my food, but will make an effort to do so. I've had luck losing weight before, but once I stop with a "plan" I lose that accountability piece which I need. My constant battles are that I enjoy cooking homemade gourmet meals and especially desserts. I don't eat a lot of packaged or processed food, but unfortunately too many calories of quality food is still too many calories. I feel if I can reign in my sugar and carb cravings I will be more successful. That and committing to do some form of exercise almost everyday.
