Yep, sometimes our body takes time to adjust to the new lifestyle. The lbs. will drop off though as long as you track your food, exercise and drink your water. Welcome to the team and hope you enjoy Nascar as much as I do :)

Hey all, I am a newbie here, joined and have been fixing the healthier meals for my family for 10 days now. Not able to exercise yet but next week I am released from my doctor to go forth! Feeling a bit disappointed that I actually gained 2 pounds this week. Maybe its water retention or PMS? I am not going to let it discourage me. I am at or below the calorie range and I am not hungry at all. Guess I am a slow starter!
