Daytona on Saturday evening.

I like the road course races because any darn thing can happen, and also because they take a lot more driving skill than oval course races. (Or at least different kinds of driving skills.) I actually kind of wish they'd add another one to the season (in the Chase?) but then what race would we have to give up in order to fit it in?

There was much rejoicing!

I have trouble following my certain cars on the road courses. But I do like them better than like Talladega where they have to buddy up and push each other in order to win. Too much chance on wrecking. I guess I like just turning left and letting them do their own thing. I haven't looked, where is the next race?

I like the road course races. I think that having a road course in the Chase would be a great idea. There are short track and super speedway tracks in the Chase and it would be really good to have a road course race, too. If we're going to continue having this ridiculous Chase to the Championship, it should include all of the different types of tracks that they race on during the season.

There was much rejoicing!

I am a Michael Waltrip fan, but of the active drivers it is Denny Hamlin. For me Sonoma was a lot more exciting to watch this year...Normally, road courses bore me. By the way, does anyone besides me think that a road course should be included in the final 10 races?

I didn't see it, but Road America is a great track so I'm sure it was a great race to watch. I wonder why the Nationwide guys don't race at Sonoma when the Cup guys do. Doesn't make a lot of sense. They race at Watkins Glen but not at Sonoma. Strange...

There was much rejoicing!

You know this race is a road course but I saw the Nationwide race today & it's not Sonoma. I didn't recognize the track but DH said they did this one last year for the first time...Elkhart Lake, WI. It was quite an upset in the race today at the end. Did anyone see it? I hope tomorrow's is just as exciting!

That's why I keep watching...he's ALWAYS got a chance. Most of the top drivers really do have a chance most weekends and that's what makes it interesting to watch the races every week. I love Sonoma and I hope tomorrow's race is going to be a great one. emoticon

I know what you mean. I was starting to give up hope in Jeff Gordon because he just didn't seem to have any more of that fire in the belly desire to win races after his kids were born. Now that he's proven me wrong, all is right again in my world and my faith has been renewed. emoticon

It will happen again for Dale Jr, too...just have faith...

(BTW...I really like Mikey, too, but I don't have as high a degree of confidence that he's going to win again in this series. Guess only time will tell...)

There was much rejoicing!

Oh yes I almost forgot the most important thing, my favorite driver. Well I am a MIkey Waltrip fan and it was painful the last few years. However it has also been Dale Jr for many years and I feel like when he finally wins again all will be right with the world emoticon

Hi my name is angie and I've heard of this site and I thought it would be fun to try. All that dieting has ever done for me is make me miserable and 50lbs heavier. I just want to feel good in my clothes again. I am open to trying this and changing my life. I'm tired of telling myself I'll start tomorrow as I down an ice cream treat. I want my kids to see what good nutrition is. I want to stop eating fast food all the time. I want too be able to throw on clothes without trying to find the few things in my closet that fit. I want to be just as motivated tomorrow as I am today.
