How It Works

Do 8+ healthy nutrition wins a day for 30 days and track your progress on your team's challenge page.

The daily nutrition challenge allows you to select from the list of "wins" below, which are positive actions that help improve your diet. This includes eating healthy foods and other actions that contribute to a good nutrition program.

  • Write down at least 1 nutrition goal in the morning
  • Eat a healthy food
  • Cook a healthy recipe
  • Don't eat after 8pm for good nighttime digestion
  • Don't drink soda
  • Actively limit sugar and simple carbs
  • Drink an 8-oz glass of water
  • Eat a healthy breakfast
  • Plan and/or prep meals for tomorrow
  • No unplanned snacking for the day
  • Measure portion sizes
  • Stay in calorie and nutrient ranges for the day
  • Eat 5+ servings of fruits and veggies
