Exercise 10+ minutes a day for 10 days and track your progress on your team's challenge page.

A fitness minute is one minute of any type of activity related to exercise. This can include steps, cardio, strength training, high-intensity activity, stretching, sports, and even heavy housework and other "practical" activities that require exertion.
