SparkPeople Losing the Baby Weight...and More! Team Messageboard Trying to find myself. Hey, I am 11 months postpartum. I lost 40 lbs in 2011 and kept it off for about five years. I then became pregnant but lost my son at five months pregnant due to premature labor. I conceived again and gave birth to my second son last September. I was not able to work out at all throughout my pregnancy, because of preterm labor risks. I am very out of shape and have not lost any weight through nursing. I have stopped weight loss with over 10 pounds to go before pre-pregnancy weight.
