Fri, 25 May 2007 08:56:01 EST Could my back pain be due to the epidurals I had? I just knew that ya'll would know! I've searched everywhere and I can't find anything that will tell me if my lower back pain could be due to the 2 epidurals that I have had in the past. It's a tingling and burning in my back that acts up when I do too much! I had a friend once that said they could cause "hot spots" Does anyone know if I'm in pain b/c of the epidurals or just plain ole muscle strain? Please help! I have gained three lbs since I started instead of losing weight.

I am going to need to keep better track of my eating. I know it has a lot to do with me not exercising like I should. Going to try to do better.

I have decided that the only way this weight is coming off is through Baby steps- I changed my weight ticker to a baby for that reason(not because I am having or have a baby 41 ).
