Today I made progress. Today I have an accomplishment. Today I am CELEBRATING!... because I reached my GOAL WEIGHT!! Yippee!! Hooray!! Go me!! I ask because last night after I input what I had exercised a note came up saying something about needing to increase my calorie intake due to so much exercise or something like that.
